Today i'm going to show you how to combine a movie file and a subtitle file together.First you need to have a pro version of quicktime, or if you are using snow leopard right now, then the built-in quicktime X will work fine.Alright, after you've downloaded a subtitle file from the internet, please rename the file so that it will have the same name as the movie file. Then open the movie file with quicktime. Click file and choose save as. In the pop-up window, you can specify the name of the final movie, and the saving path. Also, you can choose the format of the final movie. There are format for HD and iPhone as well. After finishing the set up, click save.
How to Combine Movie Files Together in Mac OS X with QuickTime Player. Open the initial video into QuickTime Player as usual. From the Mac Finder, select and drag the videos atop the already opened movie in QuickTime.
Quicktime will start to combine these two files together. It will take couple of minutes, but pretty fast.I'm going to cancel here first.OK, it's just a quick tip, hope you had fun. See you next time.
With the Mac, there are often times that I think I need to find a simple utility app to do one thing for me. A lot of those times, I find that OS X already has one built-in.
One of these rare use cases is when I need to quickly stitch videos together with minimal fuss (no editing, etc). QuickTime X does this with ease.Simply open the first video in QuickTime, and drag-and-drop additional videos onto the timeline. As you drop them, notice that you can insert them anywhere on the timeline in between other videos. Once you are done, click File → Export to finalize your combined video into a single file. This is one of those cases where an additional “does one thing well” application isn’t necessary. We have more helpful tips.
